English Version — Terms of Use (EULA)

Effective as of: 8 April 2026

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms," "EULA") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the 100 Routine Push Ups application ("App") provided by KOAT (Korea Analytics Technology) ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App and uninstall it immediately.

1. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not constitute a sale of the App or any copy thereof.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Copy, distribute, resell, or sublicense the App to any third party
• Modify the App or create derivative works based on it
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes, or rent or lease it

2. Subscription and Payment

100 Routine Push Ups offers an auto-renewable paid subscription ("Push-up Plus") to access premium features.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple iTunes account or Google Play account at the time of purchase confirmation.
• All payments are processed by Apple or Google, not by KOAT directly.
• Subscription prices may change with prior notice; any changes will take effect at the next renewal period.

3. Automatic Renewal and Subscription Management

• To disable automatic renewal, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• No refund is provided for any unused portion of a subscription period after it has started.
• Cancellation of a subscription after renewal does not entitle you to a refund for that renewed period.
• To manage or cancel your subscription:
  • iOS (Apple): Go to Settings → [Your Name] → iTunes & App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions
  • Android (Google Play): Open Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the platform through which you made the purchase.

Apple App Store (iOS)

• Manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings.
• To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's refund process.
• Refunds are subject to Apple's sole discretion; KOAT cannot influence Apple's refund decisions.

Google Play Store (Android)

• Manage and cancel subscriptions via the Google Play app or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
• Refund requests must be submitted directly to Google per the Google Play refund policy.
• Purchases may be eligible for a refund within 48 hours of purchase per Google's policy.

KOAT does not collect subscription fees directly and does not process refunds. All payment and refund matters must be directed to the relevant App Store.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial at our discretion. Please note:

• If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
• Free trials are available only once per Apple ID or Google account.
• The availability, duration, and conditions of free trials may change at any time.

6. User Obligations

By using the App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 14 years of age, or have obtained parental/guardian consent if you are a minor.
• You will not provide false information or engage in fraudulent activity within the App.
• You will not disrupt normal App operations or place undue load on our servers.
• You will not generate or distribute illegal or harmful content through the App.
• You will not use the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Health and Fitness Disclaimer: The App is intended for informational fitness purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult your physician or a qualified health professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition. KOAT is not liable for any injury or health issue arising from following the App's exercise programs.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, videos, software, data, etc.) are the exclusive property of KOAT (Korea Analytics Technology) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and patent laws of the Republic of Korea and international treaties.

• These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
• You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.
• "KOAT," "100 Routine Push Ups," "Push-up Plus," and associated logos are trademarks of KOAT.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOAT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components
• Warranties that the App's exercise programs will achieve any specific health or fitness outcome
• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information provided through the App

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KOAT shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App
• Loss of user data or profile information
• Damages caused by third-party advertisements or content within the App
• Physical injury sustained while following fitness programs provided in the App
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of user data

In no event shall KOAT's total liability to you exceed the amount you have actually paid for your subscription during the applicable subscription period.

10. Account Termination and Restriction

We may restrict or immediately terminate your access to the App if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent use of the service or payment methods
• Take actions that damage the reputation of the App or KOAT
• Violate applicable laws or infringe the rights of others

You may terminate your use at any time by cancelling your subscription through the App Store and deleting the App. No refund will be issued for any unused portion of a paid subscription period upon termination.

Sections 7 (Intellectual Property), 8 (Disclaimer), 9 (Limitation of Liability), and 12 (Governing Law) survive termination of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email prior to the effective date. Continued use of the App after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the App, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in KOAT's principal place of business. Consumer disputes may also be referred to the Consumer Dispute Resolution Committee pursuant to the Framework Act on Consumers of the Republic of Korea.
