계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청

Request deletion of your ReQuiz account and data

리퀴즈는 로그인 없이도 모든 기능이 동작합니다. 로그인하지 않았다면 서버에 계정이 없고, 촬영한 시험지와 오답노트는 기기 안에만 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 사라집니다.

ReQuiz works fully without an account. If you never signed in, there is no account on our servers; your test papers and notebooks live only on your device and are removed with the app.

방법 1 · 앱에서 삭제 (In the app — immediate)

리퀴즈 앱을 엽니다.
설정 → 계정 으로 이동합니다.
계정 삭제 를 누르고 확인합니다.

즉시 삭제되며 되돌릴 수 없습니다. Apple 로 가입한 경우 Apple 쪽 연동도 함께 해제됩니다. 기기 안의 오답노트는 남고 로그인만 풀립니다.

Open ReQuiz → Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you signed up with Apple, the Apple connection is revoked as well. Notebooks on your device remain; only the sign-in is removed.

방법 2 · 이메일로 요청 (By email — if you no longer have the app)

앱을 이미 지우셨거나 앱에서 삭제가 되지 않으면 아래 주소로 보내 주세요. 가입에 쓴 이메일 주소와 로그인 수단(Google 또는 Apple)을 적어 주시면 본인 확인 후 7일 이내에 처리하고 회신드립니다.

Email help@koat.co.kr with the email address you signed in with and the sign-in method (Google or Apple). We verify and complete the request within 7 days.

삭제되는 것과 남는 것 (What is deleted)

계정 식별자(UID)·이메일·표시 이름	삭제
이용 통계 (익명 이벤트)	처음부터 계정과 연결하지 않음 — 14개월 후 자동 삭제
촬영한 시험지 사진·오답노트	서버에 보관하지 않음 — 기기 안에만 있음
복원 처리에 쓰인 사진	처리 직후 폐기, 서버에 저장하지 않음
구독 결제 기록	Apple·Google 이 관련 법령에 따라 보관 (회사가 삭제할 수 없음)

Deleted: account ID, email, display name. Analytics events are never linked to your account and expire after 14 months. Photos and notebooks are never stored on our servers; photos sent for restoration are discarded right after processing. Purchase records are retained by Apple/Google as required by law.
