PingLog works without email or password, so we find your profile by your code — the 8-character code under My QR in the app (e.g. ABCD2345). Send it with your nickname. We process the request within 7 business days and reply when it is done.

Your profile (nickname, region, division, Rating, wins/losses, your code), saved divisions, club check-ins, anonymous sign-in account, guests you logged by nickname and their matches, and app data on this device. |
Match results you confirmed with an opponent are also part of their record, so they stay with your name and code removed (shown as “탈퇴한 선수”, Korean for “former player”). Matches in progress are cancelled. |
