How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your People Map account and all associated data, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to help@koat.co.kr with the subject line "People Map Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your account
- We will process your request within 7 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted
계정 삭제 요청 방법
- help@koat.co.kr로 이메일을 보내주세요. 제목: "People Map 계정 삭제 요청"
- 가입 시 사용한 이메일 주소를 본문에 포함해주세요
- 요청일로부터 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리됩니다
- 삭제 완료 후 확인 이메일을 보내드립니다
