계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청

Request deletion of your People Map account and associated data.

방법 1 · 앱에서 바로 삭제 (In-app, instant)

People Map 앱을 엽니다.
Open the People Map app.
하단 설정(Settings) 탭으로 이동합니다.
Go to the Settings tab.
맨 아래 계정 삭제(Delete Account)를 누릅니다.
Tap Delete Account at the bottom.
안내에 따라 확인하면 계정과 모든 데이터가 즉시 영구 삭제됩니다.
Confirm — your account and all data are permanently deleted immediately.

방법 2 · 이메일로 요청 (By email — if you no longer have the app)

앱을 이미 삭제했거나 로그인할 수 없다면, 가입에 사용한 이메일 주소로 아래에 삭제를 요청해 주세요. 본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내 처리합니다.

If you have removed the app or cannot sign in, email us from the address you signed up with. After verification we delete your account and data within 7 business days.

삭제되는 데이터 (What is deleted)

삭제 (Deleted)	계정(로그인 정보), 등록한 사람·연락처, 메모·노트, 만남 기록, 그룹·태그, 관계 연결, 프로필/명함 이미지 — 전부 영구 삭제 Account & login, all people/contacts, notes, meeting logs, groups, tags, relationships, and uploaded images — all permanently removed.
보관 (Retained)	없음. 데이터는 판매·광고에 사용하지 않으며 삭제 후 보관하지 않습니다. (법적으로 요구되는 최소 로그 제외) None. We never sell or use your data for ads, and retain nothing after deletion, except minimal logs required by law.
처리 시점 (When)	앱 내 삭제는 즉시. 이메일 요청은 확인 후 7영업일 이내. In-app: immediate. Email request: within 7 business days of verification.
